Cancellation terms for direct reservations.
Standard reservations
Unless a different rate condition is shown, cancellation is free until 48 hours before check-in. Later cancellations may incur a one-night charge.
Non-refundable offers
Promotional or non-refundable rates may not permit cancellation or date changes. The applicable condition is displayed before confirmation.
Submitting a request
Use Manage Booking to submit a cancellation request. A request is not complete until the hotel confirms it.
